Launcher Terms of Use
These terms govern access to the Kairnox launcher, temporary keys, and Roblox modules developed by Kairnox.
1. Acceptance
By loading the launcher, generating a key, or using a Kairnox module, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Personal license
Kairnox grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the launcher and available modules. A generated key is intended for your own Roblox account and must not be sold, shared, or published.
3. User responsibility
You are solely responsible for the environment in which you run Luau code and for complying with Roblox rules, the rules of the relevant game, and applicable law. Kairnox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.
4. Prohibited uses
- bypassing key verification, version checks, or a module’s disabled status;
- reselling, redistributing, or republishing the launcher or its modules;
- disassembling or modifying the service to bypass its protections;
- overloading the service, abusively automating requests, or disrupting its operation;
- using Kairnox to harm other users or a third-party service.
5. Availability and maintenance
A game may be marked as “Maintenance in progress” and become temporarily unavailable. A release, key, or the entire service may be suspended for maintenance, security, or compliance reasons. We do not guarantee permanent availability or compatibility with every environment.
6. Updates
A new release may make an older launcher version incompatible. If this happens, use the official loader line shown on the website to retrieve the current version.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Kairnox is not liable for interruptions, data loss, platform sanctions, incompatibilities, or damage resulting from use of the launcher.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may change as the service evolves. The date shown at the top of this page identifies the applicable version.
